Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached.
Please contact us at Info@morethirst.com before sending any product back. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Send a brief description of the issue and clear photos to Info@morethirst.com.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability and condition.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate products, lubricants, and personal-use items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
